Processing time
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
Shipping methods and costs
We generally use Canada Post Tracked Packet for shipments where the service is available and suitable. Other Canada Post services may be used depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

Tracking and delivery times
Tracking is provided when the selected shipping service includes it. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
