Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns for defective physical items within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and include all components.
- If the product is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund of the item price upon receiving the return.
Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digitally delivered items, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience any issues with a digital product, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best resolution.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at rob@coronadesigns.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If applicable, include photos of the defect to help us process your request quickly.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the provided return address. Please use similar packing materials as originally received to prevent damage during transit.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions
- Items damaged due to misuse or modifications are not eligible for refunds.
