Description
This compact SLR camera shutter release module interfaces with Nikon/Canon/Sony SLR cameras (or any camera with an external shutter release) and triggers them using any digital input between 3V to 5Vdc. Useful for triggering your camera from electronic devices such as: Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or any other source.
The connected camera is isolated and protected from the input signal. No signals or electricity are transferred between the input and output sides of the module.
This device is handy for triggering a camera automatically, or for creating computer-controlled timelapses.
Input and output use 3.5mm audio jacks for convenience.
####**Note**: Some cameras may require an adapter if they don’t use standard audio type connectors.
